After you’ve reached out, we will walk you through the process of finalising the craft, party date & the number of guests.
Pricing
On the day of your party we will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your party, to set the table and bring to you a truly memorable party experience!
Finalize Details
A 50% deposit will be required to secure and book your desired party date.
Please note e-transfer is our preferred form of payment, though you can pay with credit card there will just be a $10 processing fee. An email receipt will be given upon payment.

We request a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice prior to your desired party date. This allows us enough time to get everything organised and in order for your kiddos special day. We suggest that once you know you’d like to work with us, you book in as dates can up fill quickly.

Yes, we do!
In order to solidify your create party with Hip Hooray Studios we will send you a request for a 50% deposit of the total of your party package.A final headcount is taken a week out from the booked date and the final payment is due a week prior to the event.

Yes, We absolutely do! We offer a selection of “set parties” (please see above) and are happy to create a custom craft for your mini makers party to suit your theme. To have a custom craft created for your party there is an additional charge beginning at $60! So if you have an idea please reach out as we'd love to work with you.

We understand that unforeseen events can occur, so if for some reason a party needs to be cancelled with short notice (within a week prior) we are more than happy to reschedule a date with you at the earliest convenience for both parties involved and if you’re not wanting to rebook due to availability you will be refunded 50% of your party.

As different ages all vary in ability, skill set and technique, we ask (and HIGHLY recommend for the best experience) that party guests are all within a 1 year range of one another.
